Welcome to the Matcom Telecommunications (MT) Office of Governmental Affairs (OGA). OGA provides leadership and expertise on Agency legislative, regulatory, and budgetary issues having an impact on the agency and its programs and services. OGA serves as the legislative liaison between MT, the Director’s Office, the Office of Risk Management, State agencies, and various advocacy groups and organizations. 


At the conclusion of a session (Executive Board meetings), OGA reviews Policies and Procedures that need to be reviewed and drafted, to develop strategies for actions required of MT as a result of the enacted legislation. OGA also responds to local, state, and federal constituent inquiries.
